Having read the entire thread, I'm not sure which is more sad -- the stalker, or the reactions and apparent lack of self-awareness from some of the other posters.

Vast (right-wing) conspiracy...is Hillary Clinton stalking Scott in her free time? The conspiracy out to destroy her, her marriage with Bill being tampered with (by the conspirators planting an intern to tempt him), the sense of entitlement to the presidency (since she already is royalty in Britain)...it all makes sense now.

She's mentioned that one of the Bad Guys' subgoals is to make her less appealing to people: abstract-logically, once you swallow the idea that your life is falling apart/you're getting weirder *because* you're being persecuted by a shadowy conspiracy - and not because you delusionally think you are - it's self-reinforcing.
It does still seem odd that she's so *certain* - there's no apparent glint of doubt, uncertainty or humour around the edges of her fixed ideas.
Maybe that's one of the core problems of her condition - so long as you think you might be crazy, you're not quite over the edge?

As far as the reasons behind certain running themes common to schizophrenics in general and Stigmada in particular - just guessing, but you'd only be harassed if you're important/desirable/valuable (such as the inheritor of several, unrelated royal lineages).
She includes her kids/grandparents on her "team"/side: they're either attacked along with her, or are being driven away by the deterioration in her condition caused by the perceived opposition: it's almost sweet that she's not paranoid about them.
She'd have to rein in her sentence structure and tighten the logical connection between ideas if she expected to "pass" as a normal in the everyday world: does she have the meta-sanity discipline to only "let down her crazy hair" when online and relatively anonymous?
Assuming she's not really "Christina Halasz" - and, slanderwise, if she isn't, Ms. Halasz should find it pretty easy to demonstrate - just put together a sane sentence and you're cleared.

Stigmada's posts have a certain hypnagogic poetry, a constant flowing rhythm - the sort of stuff you find semi-consciously running through your head as you're lying in bed, just before drifting off to sleep after reading a book late into the night.
She clearly lacks a total grip on even the logic of her assertions - if thousand of rich, powerful criminals secretly running the world wanted a relative nonentity to disappear, I have to assume they could manage it without going to such baroque lengths as "deliberately giving her child a fever" - but, uh, I dont want to suggest the more practical routes they could take to someone so unhinged.

Many people subscribe to the belief that there are no accidents in the Universe. Wonder if she could be an ex wife from a previous lifetime come to pay you back for not lavishing adequate attention on her in that lifetime? You know how vindictive some women can become. I'm a bit worried about myself for having read more than one of Stigmada's comments. On the other hand, her comments do resemble Rush Limbaugh's line of thinking quite closely. Maybe someone should give her a radio talk show? It would be fascinating to see how many listeners she could generate.

If she is a real person the solution might be to write a troll-bot to reply in her own crazy terms and they could simply talk to each other. Since she can't distinguish fantasy from reality, she would think she found her soul-mate.

Wow, it's like all the RSS feeds got thrown into a blender and then threw up as posts labeled stigmada. The simple fix is to put up a user agreement that all posts here become property of Scott Adams, then sell them as lyrics to progressive rock bands.
